Bibliographic InformationThe bibliographic information page allows you to see the titles of the items that were retreived in your search. At the top of the screen you will see the name of the catalog, what type of search you performed and the search terms you used. It will also indicate how my results are in your results list. You can use the [previous] or [next] buttons located at the top and bottom of the page to move to another record in your results list. A search box with the search type and search terms that you entered to retreive the Results List will be displayed. You can add or take out search terms and redo your search, to broaden or narrow the search. The results list gives you information that includes the title, author, publication details, material type and location information. The location information will tell where the material is located and the call number. There can be multiple copies of an item and as a result can have multiple locations. You need to click on the number to the left to see all the locations and get the call numbers. You can also see more details about the item by clicking on the number. You can save, print or email this record by using the Record Options box at the bottom of the page. Printing, Emailing and Saving RecordsYou can save, print or email either a single record or multiple records. To save, print or email a single record you can click on the number of the item to open the detailed record and then use the box at the bottom of the page. To save all items or just several items from the results list, you need to check the box of the desired records to create a list. Once you have choosen the records for the page you can use the button Retain Selected to save your choices for that page and then move to the next page or you can email, print or save the records using the Record Options box at the bottom of the page. You can go through the entire results list checking items, retaining the records for each page and at the end you can print, email or save all the checked items by choosing Selected All Pages at the last page. | ||||||||||||||||
