My Account

This area shows information about items you have borrowed, any holds you have requested and any fines or fee you might owe.

Personal Information
Contains your name, address and telephone number. If any of this information is incorrect, please speak to the staff at the Circulation Desk.

Charged Items
This table contains all the materials you have checked out from any FLO library. You may renew materials by selecting the check box beside the item. This feature will not work if the items are overdue or you have any fines on your account, please speak to a member of the Circulation staff.

Requests
If you have any outstanding hold requests, two lists may be displayed. The first is a list of Requests Pending. This list will include the title, expiration date, and your position in the holding queue, status of your request, and the date the status was applied.

If the status is It means
Request Placed Your request hs been successfully placed.
In Process A library staff member has seen your request.
Not Filled The request was not filled - a reason will be given.
Expired Your request has expired without being filled.

A second list, Items Available, will display if any of the items you requested are available for pick-up and the pick-up location. You can cancel any request by selecting the cancel box.

Fines and Fees
Here you can view any fines or fees that you are on your account. Please remember that many of the FLO libraries do charge fines for overdue materials. You are responsible for these charges. If you have any questions about a charge, please speak with a Circulation staff member.

TIPS

  • Items listed are not sorted by due date; please check the list carefully to see which items are due.
  • You will not be allowed to renew overdue items.
  • You will not be allowed to renew materials if you owe excessive fines.
